Upload Records
Steps on how to upload patient records in 91 CARE:
Go to the appointments page.
Select the patient to whom you would like to upload records.
Click on the "Upload Records" button.
A pop-up will open, allowing you to choose the type of record you want to upload.
Select the specific record you wish to upload and click on "Submit."
