1. Go to the appointments page.
2. Select the patient.
3. Click on the "View" icon next to the patient.
4. Choose any section in the prescription pad, for which you like to create a template.
5. Enter the medications, lab investigations, or instructions of your choice.
6. Click on the "Save as Template" button.
7. Enter a name for the template and click on the "Save" button.

Your template will be saved and you can use it for future prescriptions.
