1. Open the prescription pad.
2. Click on the settings icon.
3. A list of all the sections available in the case history will be displayed.
4. Select the fields that you want to include in the case history.
5. You can also change the arrangement of the sections by dragging and dropping them to your desired position.
6. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes.

Your prescription pad will now be customized to your needs.
