Steps on how to create a UHID for your clinic in 91 CARE:
  1. Go to the Admin Module.
  2. Click on the "UHID" tab.
  3. Click on the "Add UHID" button.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Select Clinic: Choose the clinic for which you want to create a UHID
    • UHID Code: Enter a unique UHID code for your clinic. The code can be alphanumeric.
  5. Click on the "Save" button.
