1. Log in to the Admin module.
2. Click on the "Clinics" tab.
3. Click on the "Add Clinic" button.
4. Choose any section in the prescription pad, for which you like to create a template.
5. Enter the details of the clinic, such as the clinic name, address, contact number, and working hours.
6. Select the modules that are required for the clinic.
7. Select the services that will be provided in the clinic.
8. Click on the "Submit" button.

The clinic will be added to the system. You can edit the clinic information later by clicking on the "Edit" button.

Once you have added the clinic, you can start adding doctors, patients, and appointments.
